Faresin SpA: 19,000 m2 of Warehouse Floor Protected with Pavishield

Breganze, 2011 - curing protection and permanent dust-proofing for a heavy-machinery store

The Faresin group has built agricultural and construction machinery for more than thirty years. Its new warehouse in Breganze, near Vicenza - over 19,000 square metres across two floors - was designed to store heavy machinery and attachments, with forklift and truck traffic every working day.

For the floor slabs, Faresin specified Evercrete Pavishield as a curing protection at the time of pouring and as a permanent anti-dust treatment. Applied as a consolidating protective, Pavishield hardens the surface layer against abrasion from heavy vehicles and stops the dusting that plagues untreated industrial slabs.

Project facts

  • Location: Breganze (VI), Italy (2011) - over 19,000 m2 on two levels
  • Contractor: Mu.bre Costruzioni Srl
  • Ecobeton solution: Curing (anti-evaporation) and permanent anti-dust treatment with Evercrete Pavishield

What this means for UK projects

For UK logistics and manufacturing floors, a single treatment at pour stage replaces separate curing compounds and later dust-proof sealers - and it never needs re-coating. See Evercrete Pavishield.
