Net Center was one of the largest and most innovative construction sites in Padua, delivering new commercial and office space designed by architect Aurelio Galfetti. Its external car parks would face the usual mix of weathering, acidic rain, and oil and fuel dripping from parked vehicles.
Contractor Edilbasso SpA chose Evercrete Pavishield to protect the parking slabs. The penetrating treatment consolidates the concrete and reduces its absorption, so contaminants stay on the surface where they can be cleaned off instead of soaking into the matrix.
